In association with Utility Week, this report highlights tangible steps utilities are taking to fulfil their EDI and sustainability commitments, and recommends areas of attention for the sector to address.
Drivers of change
Based on insights drawn from the combination of interviews and our own experiences working closely with utilities, we have outlined a set of actionable recommendations designed for utilities, the government and regulators to move the sector forward.
