We’ve earned a spot in The Times Top 50 Employers.
An inclusive culture means everyone has the support, respect, and opportunities they need to thrive. So being named one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality by Business in the Community, is significant recognition of our achievements in advancing gender equality at every level of our business.
From developing future female leaders, to fostering a supportive and bias-free culture, to continuously reviewing our policies and practices, this accolade shows we are on the right path.
We know there is more to do, but we’ll use this as an opportunity to keep pushing for even greater progress.
Moving forward towards meaningful change
Over the last few years, we have worked hard to deliver focused talent development programmes, together with sponsorship and mentorship initiatives like Women in Leadership, 360 Voice Circles, and Shadow a Leader, working together with our Women’s Network and Women in Tech Network.
In addition, here’s a further snapshot of some of our initiatives to promote gender equality:
- Increasing women in leadership roles through several initiatives to foster gender equity in leadership
- Specialist training for hiring teams to enhance consistency and inclusivity in candidate selection and evaluations
- Assessing promotion readiness at mid-career to identify support and interventions for advancing women into senior roles
- Being even more data-driven to close gender gaps early by tracking progress across the employee lifecycle
- Growing our Women in Leadership programme, which provides coaching and sponsorship for women at mid-career grades
- Empowering senior leaders to sponsor next-generation female talent through peer mentoring programmes
- Championing open dialogue through our Women’s Network and engagement survey data to voice issues and concerns, and influence firmwide direction on topics of gender parity.
We remain committed to inclusion and equality; removing barriers and supporting career development, ensuring everyone regardless of characteristic and background has equal opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential within our firm, now and in the future.
