Our early careers programmes give you the opportunity to power your curiosity, build a unique career, and make a difference from the outset. Working with our diverse experts – made up of strategists, innovators, designers, consultants, digital experts, scientists, engineers, and technologists - you’ll help deliver new-to-world products and services, break new ground on varied and purposeful projects, and pioneer change
Partnering with clients, you’ll be delivering work to help build a world that is safer, healthier, more equitable, prosperous, and sustainable. From breakthrough cell and gene therapies that fight cruel diseases to innovative materials that replace single-use plastic, and from AI-technologies that keep soldiers safe on the frontline to accelerating the energy transition – you'll help us solve the world’s most complex challenges in a way that carves out a meaningful career path, and where you can do your best work.

Global programmes
In the UK, we have a range of early careers opportunities. You can join us as a graduate, a summer intern or for a 12-month industrial placement depending on your circumstances. We also have a degree apprenticeship offering.
Our Denmark office hires student assistants into our consulting, digital and corporate teams. You’ll join us at the beginning of your Masters degree and work flexibly during your studies, with the opportunity to join us an ANA after graduation.
Our Norway office welcomes summer interns in our consulting teams, starting in June (with some time off in July) and finishing at the end of August. If you’re successful as a summer intern, you’ll have the opportunity to return and join us as an analyst after graduation.
Join us in the Netherlands during your Bachelor or Masters study as a full-time intern or part-time working student, for a period of at least six months. After graduating, we have opportunities to join us as an analyst.
In the US, we have a range of campus recruitment opportunities. You can join us straight after your Bachelors degree as an analyst or after your Masters as a consultant analyst.. We have roles available within our consulting teams in our Boston, Chicago, and Denver offices.
*Please note the US will not host internship opportunities in 2024-2025.
