The path to decarbonising aviation is complex, yet the urgency has never been clearer. As sustainability moves from ambition to action, the aviation and energy sector must respond.

Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) is central to this transition. Yet despite growing momentum, the cost, policy uncertainty, and limited production capacity continue to hold back widespread adoption. Accelerating SAF at scale requires not just investment, but collaboration across a fragmented value chain.

We brought together experts from PA Consulting, Gevo, and Air France-KLM to discuss the barriers to SAF adoption and explore how stakeholders across the aviation and energy sectors can collaborate to scale SAF more effectively.

Hear their insights, along with findings from our upcoming report, which explores how players across the SAF ecosystem can rethink roles, align incentives, and develop new strategies to overcome current challenges.
