Our 2024 pay and inclusion update

A note from Christian Norris, our Chief Executive Officer
In an ever-changing world, our purpose – building a positive human future – is our constant. Alongside our values, our purpose guides how we work with our clients and our teams, and support our communities, to deliver insight and impact, solving the world’s most complex challenges.
Our team of experts brings our purpose to life through the different ways they think, challenge, and innovate. We're focused on building a workplace that values human difference and diverse mindsets, and a culture of inclusion and equality that unlocks the potential in our people so everyone can be their best self.
In our 2024 pay and inclusion update, we share a transparent overview of our progress on inclusion and equality at PA. It includes:
- Our 2024 gender pay gap results, published in line with UK Government reporting requirements
- Our ethnicity pay gap results, which we voluntarily publish
- Reports on disability, neurodiversity, and mental health and wellbeing in line with the UK Government’s voluntary reporting framework
- Highlights from our work on LGBTQ+ inclusion, support for working families and carers/caregivers, military families, veterans, and reservists, social mobility, and broader inclusion initiatives
- Our inclusion plans for 2025.
We continue to focus our inclusion and equality efforts on attracting, retaining, and promoting the very best talent. I’m proud of our achievements and committed to our aspirations. This report provides a clear view of the actions we’re taking and how we are aiming high to build a culture of inclusion and equality at PA.

Closing statement from Helen Mullings, our Chief People Officer
In 2025, ensuring we engage with and listen to our people remains a cornerstone of our approach. Alongside embedding the initiatives we’ve already established, we are committed to fully integrating these efforts into our organisational fabric. By integrating these initiatives more deeply, we aim to expedite progress, ensure they gain greater traction, and extend their reach across all areas of the firm. This approach will help create a more consistent and impactful experience for our people, allowing our inclusion efforts to drive meaningful, sustained change.
My focus for the coming year includes driving the development and progression of our women and colleagues from minority ethnic backgrounds, advancing our social mobility strategy, and celebrating the breadth of diversity in the many role models who inspire us at every level of our firm. Equally important is our commitment to benchmarking and evaluating the impact of our inclusion interventions, ensuring they are effective and aligned with our aspirations.
By staying true to these priorities, we will continue to foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our shared success.
