PA Consulting, the global innovation and transformation consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Clare Allum as its Global Head of Consumer and Manufacturing.
Clare will lead PA’s team of strategists, designers, scientists, technologists, and engineers who work with clients – including B2C companies, consumer packaged goods firms, and retailers – to redefine the consumer experience, create new revenue streams, build competitive advantage and ensure a more resilient future in uncertain times.
Since joining PA in 2018, Clare has successfully led the delivery of innovative digital solutions for global consumer and manufacturing clients. Highlights of Clare’s work include leading award-winning digital transformations at high growth clients such as Pret A Manger where the PA team developed a new digital customer experience, and at challenger brands like one in the gaming industry where PA created new gamer experiences, helping the brand build a strong competitive advantage.
In her new role, Clare will work with PA’s global Consumer and Manufacturing expert teams to deliver industry-defining solutions. PA’s unique offering leverages its capabilities in consulting, science, design, technology and engineering, integrated with its international network of studios and engineering centres in Cambridge, UK; San Francisco and Boston in the US; Dublin, Ireland; and its growth strategy expertise in Chicago.
