PA Raspberry Pi Competition

Our annual Raspberry Pi Competition is a celebration of STEM education, giving schoolchildren the tools and opportunity to invent products that can benefit society.
Using engineering and coding skills and a Raspberry Pi microcomputer, students put their ingenuity to the test to come up with inspiring solutions to global challenges.

Building a positive human future
A positive human future is a world that is safer, healthier, and happier – where organisations and the humans within them choose to do better for people and planet.
Keeping our societies safe, healthy, and strong takes bold ideas from bright minds. So, for this year’s Raspberry Pi competition, we’re asking the next generation of innovators to come up with solutions that drive a positive human future for all.
These solutions could link to any of the five areas below, which are all fundamental to creating a better future:
How can we create more affordable, reliable, and sustainable transport for more people?
How can we keep our loved ones as healthy as possible, with access to healthcare and medicine?
How can we build stronger, safer, and more resilient communities?
How can we prioritise planet-positive processes and products?
How can alternative power sources and sustainable fuels accelerate towards greener, cleaner energy?
We’re especially keen to see solutions that draw on advanced technology. As we strive to achieve a positive human future, emerging technologies such as AI have a core role to play in finding answers to society’s biggest challenges.
